Joe Biden was on the brink of winning the White House on Friday after taking the lead in Pennsylvania but United States President Donald Trump showed no signs of being ready to concede, and his campaign insisted the bitterly contested race was “not over.” As Trump’s second-term hopes appear to shatter, here’s the possible recipe to Biden’s electoral success, if the leads and projections hold.
